• Grand Café recycles all glass, paper, cardboard and aluminum. No Styrofoam is used for any purpose.
• Menus are printed on recycled paper.
• All excess cooking oils and grease are recycled into bio-diesel fuels.
• Grand Café features a selection of organic and biodynamic wines on our menu.
• The restaurant installed water efficient devices, such as low flow dish spray valves and faucet aerators.
• Grand Café also installed energy efficient lighting in our back-of-the house areas and occupancy sensors to keep lights off in our storage areas when not in use.
