Behmke Reporting & Video Services is the first locally owned and operated court reporting company to go green in the San Francisco Bay Area!  Along with our court reporting services, Behmke Reporting provides video conferencing, videotaped depositions, real time court reporters, and online 24/7 repository and scheduling.    Considering the amount of paper product running through the legal system, Behmke in the last two years has streamlined its transcript production process in order to minimize our footprint on the environment.

• We provide a 24/7 online repository for attorneys and paralegals to access their documents electronically.


• We encourage our clients to order their transcripts electronically; however, when supplying a hard copy of the transcript we purchase paper and paper products containing 30 to 100 percent post consumer waste.


• We encourage our clients to use video conferencing for their depositions offsite


• We strive to reach zero waste by purchasing items that can be recycled and composted.


• We use durable and reusable cups, glasses, plates and cutlery. We have eliminated plastic water bottles and use filtered tap water.


• We minimize printing by sending documents electronically and use double sided printing when ever possible.


• We actively do business with other green vendors and purchase locally whenever possible.


• We print our stationary and necessary marketing materials on 100 percent recycled paper with soy based inks.


• We encourage companies that we do business with to take the green plunge and promote a healthier future.
