- Water conservation cards are placed in all guest rooms requesting guests to place a card on their bed if they would like it remade or to leave towels on the bathroom floor if they would like fresh towels. Otherwise the bed is made with the linens from check in day and towels are hung on towels racks to be re-used
- Replacement of all toilets, faucets, and shower heads to low flow or low flush water volumes
- Paperless check-in
- Paperless check out: guest are told that we will e-mail receipts unless they request a paper receipt
- In all meetings we use glassware and china whenever possible and use filtered water in water pitchers vs. using bottled water
- All paper products throughout the entire hotel are made with recycled products, including toilet paper, paper towels, meeting room paper pads, and any other collateral the hotel uses for marketing purposes
- Copiers that are able to do so, are set to copy on both sides of paper, cutting in half the paper usage
- Any documents that can be sent electronically will be, unless requested otherwise
