Consistent with the teachings of Jewish tradition, the Foundation is committed to continual learning and action to incorporate environmental sustainability into our business practices. Through these efforts, the Foundation seeks to create a healthy, sustainable work environment for our employees, our board, and our guests; and to model these practices for others. Specifically, we have adopted the following tenets:
L'tzamtzem - Reduce, reuse, recycle, and compost
L'harchish - Purchase environmentally preferable products
Lish’mor - Conserve energy, water and natural resources
Lil’mod - Learn about and promote environmental practices among our employees
