Located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, NYSE Arca Options Exchange offers listed options on over 2,500 Equity and Exchange Traded Product issues with more than 250,000 option series available for trading every day. Trading occurs both on our open outcry trading floor and also on our automated state-of-the-art electronic trading system. When renovation started on our exchange floor in 2009, the decision was made to use the greenest, most environmentally sensitive choices available.
- Replaced conventional lighting with energy efficient lighting
- Replaced our air-intake fan with energy efficient “Fan Wall” air intake system
- Bathrooms were remodeled with water conserving fixtures and air hand dryers
- Copiers are set to default to double sided printing and we purchase 50% post consumer content recycled office paper
Even though our business is in finance and trading, our employees care about our community. Not only do we try to be good stewards of our environment at work but also through events in the community. We recently completed our second annual volunteer day where employees and their families helped rehabilitate habitat at Redwood Regional Park. Giving back to our community always feels so good.
