This work often includes a 'footprint' assessment and an opportunity analysis focused on the intersection of a client's specific sustainability impacts, market and customer trends, and cultural readiness. Because the value from sustainability is often hidden, our process includes the essential internal and external stakeholders throughout the development of the business plan.
2. Strategy implementation We support capturing and/or accelerating the business value from sustainability. Implementation of any new plan requires changes in focus and attention of people throughout the company. We have great expertise in developing and managing processes that work within our different clients current structures. This implementation support often takes the form of creating and managing Sustainable Value Networks made up of key internal and external stakeholders critical to success.
