Chef Stephanie (aka the Culinary Mistress) is a recognized San Francisco Green Business. I offer a variety of culinary services including special event catering, personal cheffing and cooking classes. Respect for the earth and compassion for all living things shape my personal philosophy and inspire the cuisine I create.  I believe it is important to know where my food is coming from and how it was raised, from cows to corn.I have extensive knowledge of vegan and vegetarian cuisine as well as a wide range of ethnic foods and fusions. I choose the highest quality of organic, local and seasonal ingredients in my beautiful and delicious cuisine.
