- 100% organic produce; natural meats from small farms; seafood from sustainable sources; and what we don't make in-house, we purchase from the finest artisan purveyors in San Francisco.
- Each event we produce suppports our "zero waste" event policy. Through the use of durable flatware, rented china, and bio-compostables, we are able to produce events that have minimal waste.
- Since 2000 we have supported a composting program to include all on-site events.
- In 2008 we invested in an in-house water filtration system and reusable glass bottles to create an alternative to the purchase and use of plastic water bottles at the events we cater.
- Reducing food waste at events comes through careful planning ahead on the part of our talented chefs. We avoid wasted resources (natural and monetary) by carefully planning menus per person prior to each event.
- When there are leftovers, we are proud to use the services of Foodrunners SF.
- Our kitchen and our events are non-toxic and healthy environments because of our commitment to natural cleaners.
