- Our renovations undergo deconstruction rather than demolition. Materials are donated for resale in an effort to minimize construction waste in landfills while providing a selection of affordable building products to local salvage yards. Clients are offered a tax deduction for donated goods.
- We conserve resources by designing buildings that incorporate renewable energy systems, passive solar design, natural daylighting, materials with recyclable content, sustainably harvested wood, water reuse systems and more.
- We improve indoor air quality through thoughtful mechanical system selection as well as specifying low or non-voc emitting paints, stains and materials.
- During construction, we label and separate our waste.
- Our Architects are LEED Accredited Professionals and members of the USGBC.
