RIM currently has a total of 27 LEED® Accredited Professionals, including six (6) Managing and Senior Principals, and three at the BD+C level. The LEED AP BD+C credential provides a standard for professionals participating in the design and construction phases of high-performance, healthful, durable, affordable and environmentally sound commercial, institutional, and high-rise residential buildings. We are committed to improving the environment through sustainable building design, business practices, and employee actions.
RIM provides our clients with the means and methods to achieve the increased performance levels demanded for today's high performance buildings - buildings that cost less to operate, provide a healthier environment for retention and recruitment of employees, and are more environmentally responsible.
