- Two of our projects have earned LEED certification: Folsom + Dore Supportive Apartments was the first building in Northern California to receive a LEED-NC Silver rating; all twenty residences at Blue Star Corner in Emeryville are certified LEED as part of the pilot LEED for Homes program.
